Lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs across data, AI, technology, and digital innovation.
The role covers strategic program leadership, governance, architecture alignment, senior stakeholder management, and scalable Data & AI capabilities.
Program leadership and governance
- Lead transformation programs from strategy through execution and benefits realization.
- Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, forums, and operating rhythms; oversee workstreams, scope, timelines, quality, risks, and dependencies.
- Resolve critical program issues and provide executive reporting on progress, risks, financials, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to enterprise standards.
Data, AI, and technology strategy
- Define enterprise Data & AI strategies aligned with business objectives; evaluate and prioritize use cases by value, feasibility, and strategic importance.
- Develop AI operating models, governance frameworks, and roadmaps; drive adoption of emerging data and AI technologies and measure value and ROI.
- Guide enterprise architecture and technology alignment; ensure solutions support security, scalability, interoperability, and enterprise-wide use.
Stakeholders and transformation
- Advise senior business and technology leaders and manage relationships with executives, business units, technology leaders, and external partners.
- Lead executive governance forums and translate complex technology, data, and AI topics into business outcomes and decisions.
- Lead initiatives across Data, AI, Analytics, Automation, and Digital Technologies; drive adoption, change management, and organizational readiness.
- Establish and scale Data & AI Centres of Excellence; track outcomes and expected business benefits.
Risk and performance management
- Own program risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations; monitor budgets, financial performance, and investment outcomes.
- Establish KPIs and success measures and keep programs aligned with strategic objectives and business value.
Ideal candidate profile
- Extensive experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong background in Data & AI transformation, digital transformation, technology strategy, or enterprise architecture.
- Experience managing complex workstreams and large cross-functional teams, developing Data & AI strategies and governance, and building or scaling Centres of Excellence.
- Strong understanding of data platforms, AI/ML, analytics, cloud, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Strong C-suite stakeholder management and commercial, financial, risk, and benefits-realization experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills; able to work at strategic and program execution levels.
