Overview

1. Organizational AI Transformation

• Design and execute a company-wide AI transformation strategy for ~350 employees
• Conduct AI maturity and competency assessment across all departments
• Define baseline capabilities and measure AI adoption uplift over time
• Build a structured 3–6 month transformation roadmap with clear milestones

Engineering (~50%)

• Train engineers on AI-assisted development workflows (Claude, Cursor, Copilot)
• Enable agentic coding practices and structured development methodologies
• Support engineers in building internal AI-powered tools and automation

Product (~10%)

• Enable rapid prototyping using AI tools (Lovable, Bolt, Replit)
• Introduce AI for PRD generation, sprint planning, and product analytics
• Support AI-driven user research and competitive analysis workflows

Business (~10%)

• Enable self-service creation of internal tools and dashboards
• Support "vibe coding" for business automation use cases
• Implement AI-driven reporting and business intelligence workflows

Operations & Non-Technical (~25%)

• Build AI assistants using Claude Projects and Copilot
• Automate repetitive workflows (documents, reporting, operations tasks)
• Introduce AI-based automation for finance and administrative processes

3. Enterprise-Wide Enablement (All Teams)

• Deliver organization-wide training in prompt engineering and context management
• Create AI playbooks, best practices, and standardized usage guidelines
• Establish AI Champions program to ensure long-term adoption and sustainability

Ai Transformation Architect And Enterprise Ai Advisor

Experience & Background

• 10–15 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, or enterprise consulting
• Strong hands-on background as an AI/ML Engineer or deeply AI-native practitioner (LLMs, agentic systems, prompt engineering)
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs (300+ employees)
• Ability to design and execute structured 3–6 month transformation roadmaps
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and executive communication skills
• Experience mapping complex business processes into AI-enabled workflows across multiple departments

Ai & Technical Expertise

• Deep hands-on expertise with modern LLM ecosystems (Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems
• Advanced prompt engineering and context management capabilities
• Ability to design and deploy AI-assisted tools and internal automation use cases
• Experience embedding AI into real business workflows (not just prototypes)

Enterprise Understanding

• Ability to work with cross-functional enterprise environments (Engineering, Product, Business, Operations, Finance, HR)
• Strong understanding of enterprise process architecture and workflows

Tool Proficiency (Hands-On Mandatory)

• Claude (Claude Code, Claude Projects, agent workflows)
• ChatGPT / OpenAI ecosystem

Enterprise Systems & Erp Knowledge

• Understanding of ERP-driven enterprise architecture and processes

• Familiarity with AI-driven automation in HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management)
• Familiarity with AI use cases in Finance (reconciliation, reporting, forecasting, compliance)

Transformation & Organizational Change

• Experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)
• Background in Learning & Development (L&D) or organizational learning strategy
• Knowledge management or internal enablement experience
• Experience in enterprise AI governance and responsible AI practices
• Experience working in MENA region or large distributed global organizations
