Support role for SCS AI Solutions, focused on helping client staff use solutions confidently and run them after handover.
Part-time role with workload set per month and heavier demand during rollout and handover.
The assignment is stated as 12 months, with an immediate start.
What you will do
- Assess training needs for end users, reviewers, power users, IT administrators, and managers.
- Create bilingual Arabic and English training materials, quick guides, and short videos.
- Deliver classroom and online training during office hours and record attendance and results.
- Run AI literacy sessions explaining AI capabilities and limitations, output checking, and escalation.
- Measure adoption after go-live and address adoption gaps.
- Lead the knowledge-transfer plan with the AI delivery lead.
Must have
- Significant experience designing and delivering training for software rollouts.
- Experience training large-enterprise users.
- Deliver training in Arabic and English, or in English with an Arabic-speaking co-trainer arranged.
- Already be present in the UAE and available to start immediately, with five days' notice.
Nice to have
- Microsoft 365 or Power Platform experience is ideal.
- Prosci or similar change management certification is a plus.
- Microsoft Certified Trainer certification is a plus.
- AI literacy or Copilot adoption programme experience is a plus.
Workplace
- The role is UAE-based and includes classroom and online training; no specific work arrangement is stated.
