Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and innovative AI Technology Director to lead the company’s artificial intelligence and digital transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will oversee the integration of AI technologies across event operations, audience engagement, data analytics, creative production, and smart event management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s AI and digital innovation strategy.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data analytics across cultural and event operations.
- Lead AI-driven initiatives related to audience insights, event personalization, ticketing analytics, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of AI technologies into event management, digital platforms, and customer experience systems.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, operations, and technology teams to drive innovation initiatives.
- Manage AI infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity coordination, and data governance practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance event experiences and operational performance.
- Lead and mentor AI, technology, and data analytics teams.
- Manage vendor relationships, technology partnerships, and project budgets.
- Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI technologies and compliance with data privacy standards.
& Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in technology leadership, AI innovation, or digital transformation roles.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML, data analytics, automation, cloud computing, and digital platforms.
- Experience in events, entertainment, media, cultural organizations, or smart venue technologies is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale technology or AI implementation projects.
- Excellent strategic planning, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with AI governance, cybersecurity, and digital experience technologies is an advantage.
