AI Tech Lead – Planning

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled supply chain planning solution design and delivery using Kinaxis Maestro.
• Own architecture for forecasting, planning workbooks, autonomous agents, and agent orchestration.
• Translate business AI use cases into scalable solutions and planning frameworks.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Define data architecture and integration requirements.
• Advise stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive adoption and business value.
• Set best practices and governance standards, and mentor colleagues.

Required experience and expertise

• 12+ years in supply chain planning, covering demand, supply, inventory, production, materials planning, and S&OP or IBP.
• 8 to 10 years of hands-on Kinaxis Maestro or RapidResponse experience, including multiple end-to-end implementations.
• Advanced Kinaxis configuration across models, scenarios, analytics, dashboards, scorecards, widgets, and control sets.
• Experience implementing AI, advanced analytics, and agentic planning solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred qualification

• Kinaxis Author, Contributor, or Architect certifications are preferred.
