Compensation
- Salary is AED 10,000 or more per month, depending on experience and technical ability.
What you’ll do
- Develop AI tools, automations, integrations, and internal applications that solve business problems.
- Maintain an overview of AI infrastructure, connected platforms, data flows, and dependencies.
- Investigate bugs, resolve failures, and address root causes to prevent recurring issues.
- Integrate AI capabilities with existing software, APIs, databases, and business workflows.
- Test, launch, and improve solutions based on feedback.
- Set up monitoring, manage access securely, and maintain clear documentation.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, simplify processes, and improve performance.
What they’re looking for
- Proven experience building and maintaining AI-powered systems, automations, or software integrations.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Practical experience with LLM APIs, AI agents, databases, and cloud deployment.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or similar tools.
- Strong debugging skills and ability to understand unfamiliar systems quickly.
- Sound judgment in choosing simple solutions and recognizing when custom development is needed.
- Clear communication, independent execution, and a strong sense of ownership.
