Aiminent AI LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AI Support Coordinator to serve as a key link between our technical teams and clients.
This role focuses on ensuring smooth deployment, maintenance, and support of AI-driven solutions while delivering a high-quality client experience.
The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client support inquiries related to AI products and services
- Coordinate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues or improvements
- Manage support tickets, ensuring timely updates, tracking, and resolution
- Assist in onboarding clients, including setup, training, and documentation guidance
- Maintain internal knowledge bases and client-facing support documentation
- Analyze recurring issues and provide insights for product and service improvements
- Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction standards
- Support project coordination tasks related to AI solution deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in technical support, customer success, or IT coordination roles
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and cloud-based systems
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with AI-powered platforms or SaaS products
- Knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, or system integrations
- Exposure to project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
