Responsibilities
- Join client meetings and communication channels as a trusted embedded resource.
- Map workflows, pain points, processes, data, and systems with client operators.
- Specify AI workflows, Claude skills, connectors, scope, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Establish baselines and own end-to-end ROI measurement.
- Prototype workflow concepts and maintain operational context so engineers can deliver without constant client access.
- Coordinate with account management, discover further automation opportunities, and turn lessons into reusable playbooks.
- Own each workflow from discovery through build, launch, measurement, and iteration.
Requirements
- Track record of independently structuring ambiguous problems and messy operations.
- Strong process instincts and ability to identify friction and leverage.
- Ability to earn trust and translate business context into actionable engineering direction.
- AI literacy across LLM workflows, prompting, connectors, and Claude skills; coding is not required for scoping.
- Self-directed, curious, outcome-focused, and comfortable working with clients and engineers.
- Strong written and verbal communication and comfort in a fast-paced remote client environment.
Nice to have
- Operator-to-solutions experience, management consulting, product management, or business analysis experience.
- Hands-on AI/LLM workflow or automation prototyping experience; familiarity with integrations or no-code tools.
- Experience defining ROI or operational metrics, exposure to enterprise environments, or a business/CS degree or equivalent experience.

- Claude and other frontier LLMs, agent skills, MCP, and connectors/integrations.
- Slack, Linear, Asana, Notion, Loom, and Google Workspace.
Workplace and schedule
- Fully remote role in Canada; core hours are 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern Time.
