  • We are looking for a German-speaking AI Strategy & Business Growth Associate who will work directly with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, improve business performance and help drive the company's AI journey.
  • This is not a traditional AI role.
  • You do not need to be an AI specialist today.
  • We are looking for someone with strong technical and analytical skills, commercial awareness and a genuine curiosity to learn how AI can transform businesses.
  • Over time, this role offers the opportunity to develop into a key AI specialist and strategic advisor within the organization.
  • You will help management answer important business questions such as:
  • Where should we invest next?
  • How can technology improve productivity and profitability?
  • Which sales strategies will drive faster growth?
  • What operational improvements will create the biggest impact?
  • How can AI create competitive advantages across our businesses?

Strategic Business Partner To Leadership

  • Work closely with executives on high-level business and growth initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic discussions across multiple departments and business units.
  • Provide insights and recommendations that influence key decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and market positioning.
  • Conduct market and competitive intelligence across Germany, South Africa, UAE and other target markets.

Technology & Ai Development

  • Learn and explore how AI and emerging technologies can create business value.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of practical AI solutions.
  • Research new technologies and identify opportunities for adoption.
  • Develop insights, dashboards, reports and business intelligence solutions.
  • Partner with different departments to improve decision-making through technology and data.
  • Build knowledge and expertise that can evolve into a future AI specialist role.

Sales Growth & Commercial Excellence

  • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior and conversion metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and sales effectiveness.
  • Evaluate technology and automation tools that can enhance productivity.
  • Support management with data-driven sales growth strategies.
  • Discover new revenue opportunities and market expansion initiatives.

Business Process Improvement

  • Review existing workflows and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Support automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Improve cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Develop initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Participate in technology-driven improvement projects across the organization.

Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management

  • Present findings, insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare business cases, strategic presentations and executive reports.
  • Collaborate with teams across Sales, HR, Operations, Finance and Marketing.
  • Translate complex information into clear business actions.

• Fluent German (C2)

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3–7 years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Business Analysis
  • Business Strategy
  • Technical Consulting
  • Business Intelligence
  • Commercial Excellence
  • Sales Enablement
  • Digital Transformation
  • Technology-Focused Roles

Technical Skills

  • We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with technology and eager to learn.
  • Examples may include experience with:
  • Data analysis and reporting tools
  • Business intelligence platforms
  • CRM systems
  • Process automation tools
  • AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, Copilot or Perplexity
  • Other technical or analytical solutions
  • Direct AI expertise is not required.
  • What matters most is your willingness and ability to learn quickly**.**
