The role
Own end-to-end deployment of the Omnea platform, typically managing 3–5 enterprise deployments concurrently.
Advise customers on configurations, direct AI-assisted build work, and validate outputs against customer needs.
This is an early hire on the customer team, working with sales, customer, product, and engineering leadership.
Discover and design
- Lead discovery with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders and translate processes into platform configuration.
- Design approval chains, routing logic, integrations, and procurement workflow edge cases.
- Sequence deployments with many integrations and determine sources of truth and how records reconcile across systems.
- Define success criteria and a realistic go-live plan with the customer project sponsor.
Build with AI
- Configure specialized customer-facing agents, including procurement intake and risk agents.
- Design agent chains in which one agent's output becomes another agent's input.
- Validate AI-generated outputs against customer processes, policies, and edge cases before release.

Outcomes include time to launch, post-go-live customer satisfaction, and whether customers become case studies or references.
