Role overview

The AI Solutions Consultant partners with business functions to co-build AI-powered solutions and support enterprise AI adoption.

The role works across requirements, design, implementation, evaluation, reusable components, and user adoption.

What you will do

  • Advise on and build AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, and other no/low-code enterprise platforms.
  • Guide tool selection and integration; support end-to-end solution delivery and advise on system connectors and MCP servers.
  • Create reusable prompts, agents, workflow templates, and integration patterns.
  • Coordinate with the AI Foundation team on approved infrastructure, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support user training and adoption, assess proofs of concept, and document lessons and reusable practices.

What we value

  • 3+ years in technical consulting or applied AI; experience advising on or building AI solutions with Copilot Studio and Claude.
  • Translate business requirements into functional technical solutions; understand LLMs, prompt engineering, MCP servers, connectors, and APIs.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder skills, and structured problem-solving.
  • Understand responsible AI, privacy, and enterprise security; knowledge and experience with Python.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus. Experience in financial services or investment management is listed.

Compensation

  • For Toronto, the salary range is CAD 119,040–160,040 annually; employees are also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits.
