We are seeking a business-focused AI Solutions Architect to drive enterprise AI and digital transformation initiatives across the Group.
The role will partner with business and technology teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, design practical solutions, and support adoption from pilot to production.
You will lead initiatives involving Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation, with a strong focus on measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to identify challenges, process gaps, and AI-driven improvement opportunities.
- Conduct workshops and assessments to define AI use cases, automation initiatives, and productivity improvements.
- Translate business needs into solution designs, implementation roadmaps, and value-based AI initiatives.
- Design secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready AI architectures aligned with business and technology goals.
- Develop AI agents, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions integrated with enterprise systems.
- Lead AI initiatives from concept and pilot through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate AI platforms, tools, and emerging technologies to recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Ensure data readiness, governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI standards are applied.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration, deployment, and change adoption.
- Establish reusable AI standards, frameworks, and best practices across the organization.
Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or consulting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to convert business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, business units, and technical teams.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, governance, cloud platforms, and data-driven solutions.
- Strong consulting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead change, influence adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
