Responsibilities
- Translate customer and internal business process requirements into workflow specifications.
- Use internal AI tooling to generate code and assemble workflow logic and automation.
- Validate workflows end to end from design and testing through production rollout and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with business teams, product, and engineering.
- Provide feedback on workflow patterns, tool improvements, and platform capabilities.
- Support customer onboarding, adoption, and feedback loops.
- Monitor workflow performance, KPIs, return on investment, and business value.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of professional experience, including internships, in business or analyst roles or an equivalent background.
- Strong academic foundation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, clarity of thought, and a structured approach to workflow or process modelling.
- Initiative and ownership in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical or solution language and interact effectively across teams.
Preferred background
- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field is strongly preferred.
- Basic programming proficiency in Python or JavaScript and a passion for building solutions are strongly preferred.
- Candidates from top-tier institutes such as IITs and other premier colleges are preferred.
