Job Overview
Brainy n Bright is looking for passionate and energetic STEM Trainers specializing in Robotics, Coding, and Artificial Intelligence to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive Robotics, Coding, and AI sessions for students.
- Deliver hands-on practical learning experiences through projects, workshops, and STEM activities.
- Teach coding platforms and programming languages such as Scratch, Python, and JavaScript.
- Work with robotics platforms including LEGO, VEX, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and similar technologies.
- Introduce students to Artificial Intelligence concepts, AI tools, and beginner-level machine learning applications.
- Create and update lesson plans, training materials, and STEM curriculum content.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and management.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage creativity, teamwork, innovation, and problem-solving skills among students.
Requirements
- Experience in teaching, training, or working in STEM education environments.
- Strong knowledge of Robotics, Coding, and AI concepts.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to teach students from different age groups and learning levels.
- Passion for education, technology, and experiential learning.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with LEGO, VEX, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.
- Knowledge of AI tools and educational technologies.
- Experience conducting workshops, camps, or after-school programs.
