Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Research Engineer to join our advanced technology team.
This role focuses on researching, designing, and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.
You will work at the intersection of research and engineering, developing scalable AI models and transforming research ideas into production-ready systems in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms
- Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for real-world applications
- Implement and test prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions
- Work with large-scale datasets for training and evaluation
- Improve model performance, scalability, and efficiency
- Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams
- Translate research findings into production-ready systems
- Stay up to date with the latest AI research papers and technologies
- Contribute to technical documentation and research reports
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
- Experience with data processing and model training pipelines
- Solid mathematical background (linear algebra, probability, statistics)

- Ability to work independently and in research teams
- Strong coding and software engineering practices
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models
- Publications in AI/ML conferences or journals (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, etc.)
- Experience with distributed computing or GPU-based training
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus
