Role Description
The Owner role at Digiqt Technolabs is a full-time, on-site position based in South Mumbai.
The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, define the company’s vision, and drive growth across AI, product development, and engineering services.
Daily responsibilities include managing key client relationships, guiding project delivery, and ensuring high standards of technical quality and customer satisfaction.
The role involves leading cross-functional teams, making decisions on resource allocation, and identifying new market opportunities and partnerships.
The Owner will also handle financial planning, operational oversight, and support branding and business development initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the technology services ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and setting long-term strategic direction.
- Proven background in technology services, software product development, or AI-driven solutions, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and make informed decisions.
- Business development and client relationship management skills, including experience in building partnerships, negotiating contracts, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the company to clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving approach, comfort with ambiguity, and a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in a founder, owner, director, or senior leadership role within a technology or consulting organization is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
