AI Product & Platform Specialist

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain approved AI services, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, and future AI technologies.
• Advise business leaders, project teams, and Business Analysts on AI capabilities, opportunities, limitations, and implementation considerations.
• Evaluate business challenges and determine whether AI, automation, configuration, process improvement, or another technology solution is most suitable.
• Support identification, evaluation, prioritization, and development of AI use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• AI and digital fluency and ability to explain emerging technology in practical business terms.
• Business analysis approach to understanding operational needs, framing problems, and finding value-driven opportunities.
• Analytical thinking and sound judgment in evaluating options, risks, benefits, and trade-offs.
• Clear communication to translate technical concepts for business users, plus curiosity and continuous learning.
• English is required for daily interactions with colleagues, clients, and partners mainly outside Quebec and to understand regulatory and technical materials.

Work arrangement

• Flexible work hours are offered, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
