Seeking a commercially sharp, technically hands-on Generative AI pre-sales consultant for regional pre-sales across the Middle East.
The role combines customer-facing solution expertise with independent proof-of-concept delivery and demo development.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and develop tailored decks, demos, and prototypes for voicebot, chatbot, and agentic AI opportunities.
- Build and iterate customer-ready demos using AI-assisted development, showcasing Agent Studio and platform capabilities.
- Define proof-of-concept scope, success criteria, technical requirements, architecture, and workflow logic; coordinate execution and present outcomes.
- Prepare solution design inputs for proposals, including architecture, sizing, bills of materials, and budgetary quotes.
- Engage C-level and IT leaders, manage commercial expectations, and align teams to avoid delivery risk and scope misalignment.
- Identify post-implementation use cases, recommend optimization, and support renewal and expansion proposals.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical consulting.
- Hands-on experience with voicebots, chatbots, and generative AI, including LLMs, NLP, STT, and TTS.
- Ability to independently build working demos and prototypes using AI-assisted development tools.

- Strong commercial acumen, including framing solutions around cost, scalability, and business impact.
- Comfortable traveling within the Middle East for on-site customer engagements.
