The AI division delivers ethical, secure, and scalable AI solutions, including AI data management, AI software engineering, and AI automation.
Strategy and delivery
- Lead AI strategy and execution in alignment with organizational goals and client objectives.
- Govern successful delivery of enterprise AI projects from ideation through deployment.
- Build and lead delivery of AI solutions for the MENA market across multiple industries.
- Support solutioning and presales for AI opportunities.
Leadership, adoption, and external representation
- Represent the company as an AI ambassador through presentations, industry discussions, and market engagement.
- Develop thought leadership through white papers, publications, forums, and conferences.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing AI team and promote proactive training across the organization.
- Drive internal and client adoption of AI and share best practices, guidelines, and metrics demonstrating effectiveness and adoption.
- Advocate for AI engineering across all areas of the software development lifecycle.
Governance and collaboration
- Work with legal, compliance, and risk teams to follow current governance frameworks, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Education and technical qualifications
- A BSc, master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Extensive expertise in deep learning and modeling, including Transformers, RNNs, and CNNs; classical machine learning; data mining; and statistical modeling and analysis.
- Demonstrated success managing and delivering large-scale AI projects in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency developing and deploying Generative AI solutions on cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Significant experience in computer vision, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and databases such as NoSQL, Neo4j, and vector databases.
- Strong foundation in data quality, governance, and data readiness principles.
- Snowflake and Databricks knowledge is a nice-to-have, including understanding their potential commercial value in professional services.
Leadership and delivery qualifications
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaborative team management.
- Experience building AI solutions in regulated environments.
- Ability to build and lead AI solution delivery for the MENA market across multiple industries.
