Overview

Job Title : **AI Platform Engineer**

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled AI Platform Engineer to manage and operate an enterprise-grade AI infrastructure environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and high-performance AI platform operations supporting development, training, and deployment of AI workloads across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate the AI platform including Kubernetes cluster orchestration via SUSE Rancher and the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software stack
  • Administer and optimize Dell PowerEdge and PowerEdge XE servers used for AI compute workloads
  • Manage Dell PowerScale NAS storage including capacity planning, performance tuning, and availability
  • Monitor system health, performance, and resource utilization across compute, storage, and AI software layers
  • Collaborate with Data Science, MLOps, and Infrastructure teams to provision and support AI workloads
  • Implement and enforce best practices for security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery
  • Support upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of AI platform components
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting playbooks

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with SUSE Rancher or similar Kubernetes management platforms
  • Practical experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise or comparable enterprise AI software stacks
  • Strong knowledge of **Dell PowerEdge and XE series server** administration
  • Solid experience with **NAS storage platforms**, preferably **Dell PowerScale** or similar scale-out solutions
  • Proficiency in Linux system administration
  • Strong understanding of containerization (Docker/OCI) and Kubernetes
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting distributed systems
  • **Availability:** Immediate joiners preferred (up to 30 days notice period considered)
  • Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
