We’re Hiring: AI Officer
Dubai, UAE \| Kirpa Properties \| Full-time
This is a builder’s role, not an advisory one.
You will personally architect, build, and ship AI systems —writing the automations, wiring the integrations, standing up the agents, and owning them in production.
You will sit close to the founders, translate business problems into working software, and raise the whole group’s capability with AI.
You will own the full lifecycle: identify the opportunity → design the solution → build it → deploy it→ measure it → train the team on it.
What You’ll Do
- Build AI-integrated systems
- Sales & CRM automation — speed-to-lead calling, intelligent lead routing, follow-up sequences, and WhatsApp/Instagram DM automation for the brokerage.
- Agentic workflows — build and maintain AI agents that draft offers, qualify leads, summarise calls, and handle repetitive back-office work.
- Content & media tooling — AI pipelines for script generation, avatar/voice workflows, image and video assets, and publishing across The Kirpa Show and social channels.

- Internal operations — reporting automation, performance dashboards, document generation(contracts, brochures, pitch decks), and data flows between systems.
- Integrations — connect CRMs, telephony, messaging, Google Workspace, accounting, and
- bespoke tools into reliable end-to-end systems.
- Own strategy & delivery
- Define and maintain the group’s AI roadmap — prioritising by business impact and feasibility.
- Evaluate and select models, platforms, and vendors; manage costs, usage, and data governance.
- Set standards for security, privacy, and responsible AI use across the group.
- Establish metrics and report on ROI, adoption, and performance of every system you ship.
- Raise the team’s capability
- Train agents, content creators, and operations staff to use AI tools effectively in their daily work.
- Create internal playbooks, prompt libraries, and lightweight documentation so systems are usable
- and maintainable.
- Act as the group’s go-to expert — the person who turns “can AI do this?” into a working system.
What You’ll Bring Must-have
- Hands-on building — demonstrable experience personally building and shipping AI/automation systems — not just advising on them.
- Engineering ability — strong programming skills (Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript) and comfort with APIs, webhooks, and databases.
- LLM fluency — practical experience with large-language-model APIs (e.g. Anthropic Claude,
- OpenAI), prompt engineering, RAG, and agent frameworks.
- Automation platforms — proficiency with tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, and integrating third-party services (telephony like Twilio, messaging/WhatsApp, CRMs).
- Product sense — able to take a vague business problem and independently scope, build, and deliver a working solution end-to-end.
- Ownership — self-directed, fast-moving, and accountable for systems in production —
- comfortable being the only AI person in the room.
- Nice-to-have
- Experience in real estate, e-commerce/retail, or media/content production.
- Front-end skills (React/HTML) for building internal tools and dashboards.
- Familiarity with voice/avatar and generative-media tools (e.g. ElevenLabs, HeyGen, image/video
- generation).
- Data engineering, analytics, or BI experience.
- Experience training non-technical teams to adopt new tools.

- First 90 days — ship at least one high-impact system in production (e.g. speed-to-lead
- automation) and map the group-wide AI roadmap.
