Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled
AI/ML Engineer
to design, build, and improve intelligent systems that solve real business problems.
In this role, you will work across data, machine learning, and engineering to develop models, pipelines, and applications that support product and business goals.
The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and can work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, model workflows, and automation systems.
- Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
- Work with structured and unstructured data for analysis and model development.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver solutions.
- Monitor model performance and improve reliability over time.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Support experimentation, testing, and technical validation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in AI, machine learning, or related software engineering roles.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
- Good understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, and data processing.
- Experience working with datasets, APIs, and production systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, and optimize technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, MLOps, or model deployment workflows.
- Knowledge of data engineering, feature engineering, or experimentation.
- Experience working in Agile or product-driven environments.
- Exposure to generative AI, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
