Overview
- Hays is working with a leading organisation building enterprise‑scale AI platforms used at pace and at scale.
- We’re looking for a senior AI/ML to own the MLOps & LLMOps backbone — from CI/CD and cloud infrastructure to production deployments and operational reliability.
- Why this role?
- Own end‑to‑end MLOps / LLMOps for high‑impact AI products
- Define the “golden path” for deploying and operating AI safely in production
- Work with cutting‑edge AI stacks across Azure, Kubernetes, and GPU workloads
- Act as the technical authority for production‑ready AI
- What we're looking for:
- 8–10 years in DevOps / SRE / ML Engineering
- Strong Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC experience
- Python and modern MLOps know‑how
- Microsoft DevOps certification (required)
