The AI Manager is responsible for leading the organization's artificial intelligence strategy, managing AI programs, and driving the adoption of AI technologies to improve business performance, innovation, and operational efficiency.
This role combines strategic leadership, technical knowledge, and business understanding to deliver AI solutions that create measurable value.
The position involves identifying opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, and automation technologies across various business functions.
The AI Manager works closely with executives and department leaders to align AI initiatives with organizational objectives and long-term growth strategies.
A key responsibility includes developing and executing the AI roadmap, prioritizing projects, allocating resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI initiatives.
The role oversees the complete AI lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, implementation, monitoring, and optimization.
The AI Manager also leads cross-functional teams consisting of data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
