Responsibilities
- Lead technology implementation learning programs, including onboarding and continuous learning.
- Develop adoption strategies, communication plans, and champion networks.
- Oversee eLearning modules, microlearning, and digital resource libraries.
- Align learning initiatives with organizational and technology goals through stakeholder partnerships.
- Manage program delivery, timelines, adoption analytics, post-training performance, and continuous improvement.
- Design surveys and feedback mechanisms; optimize LMS reporting and learning data.
What you bring
- Proven experience in technology training and technology-focused learning program design and delivery.
- Strong understanding of technology adoption frameworks and change enablement.
- Hands-on experience developing eLearning and on-demand learning solutions; proficiency with authoring tools.
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with learning analytics, LMS platforms, and performance measurement.
