Overview
Our client recognises that successful AI adoption depends on employee engagement, capability development, and organisational readiness.
The Enterprise AI Office is therefore investing in AI education, change management, and workforce enablement to maximise the value of Artificial Intelligence across the Group.
The Role Reporting to the Director of AI Governance & Adoption, the AI Learning & Adoption Specialist will design and deliver enterprise AI training programmes, awareness campaigns, user guidance, and adoption initiatives across all Group companies.
The role will organise AI workshops, develop learning materials, coordinate awareness events, gather employee feedback, monitor adoption metrics, and support change management activities throughout AI implementation programmes.
Working closely with Human Resources and subsidiary leadership teams, the Specialist will help create a culture of continuous learning, responsible AI usage, and innovation across the organisation.
