We build enterprise grade AI solutions for the insurance sector, including AI assistant platforms that bring natural language access to policies, claims, underwriting guidelines, and operational knowledge.
Our work combines state of the art large language models with company specific knowledge using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), helping insurers improve productivity, accelerate claims and underwriting, and deliver better customer support.
About The Role
We are looking for an AI Lead and Solution Architect to set the technical direction for our insurance AI Assistant Platform and guide its delivery from architecture through to production.
This is a senior leadership role for a practitioner who can shape strategy while staying hands on with design.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the AI strategy and delivery roadmap for the platform.
- Own the end to end solution architecture.
- Lead model selection and evaluation across foundation models.
- Design the Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) approach.
- Provide governance, security, and compliance oversight for AI generated outputs.
- Manage stakeholders and provide technical leadership to the engineering team.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in AI or data solutions.
- Hands on experience with LLMs, RAG, and cloud platforms.
- Strong solution architecture skills.
- Confident client facing and stakeholder management ability.
