What you'll do

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders as the AI partner
• Identify and shape AI, data and automation opportunities
• Translate business needs into impactful, scalable solutions
• Represent the business in cross-functional AI delivery squads
• Drive adoption of AI solutions and embed new ways of working
• What you'll bring
• Proven experience in business partnering, consulting or advisory roles involving technology, data or transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across business and technical teams
• Practical experience identifying and shaping technology, data or AI opportunities into defined initiatives or business cases
• Hands-on experience working within agile, squad-based or cross-functional delivery environments
• Strong commercial acumen, with evidence of translating initiatives into measurable business outcomes (e.g. revenue, efficiency, adoption)
