About the role
Opportunity for a hands-on AI Implementation consultant/practitioner to join a specialist MENA communications and advisory firm as they embark on their AI Journey.
Working closely with the Operations Director, you will assess, prioritize, build and deploy AI use cases, agentic solutions and workflow automations from ground up in line with the organization's strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows across content, briefing, monitoring, and reporting functions
- Assess use cases on commercial merit before development begins - modelling real running costs including token usage, API volumes, and multi-agent overhead
- Document and hand over all tools so they can be maintained without dependency on the original builder
- Train and enable internal teams to operate and adapt what has been built
- Report to senior leadership on spend, usage, and cost trajectory of tools in production
- What we're looking for
- Must have:
- Proven delivery of AI agents in production environments - Claude, GPT APIs, or comparable models
- Strong grasp of AI tooling economics: token costs, API pricing, multi-agent compounding costs
- Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier or similar)
- Able to challenge and kill poor use cases - and communicate that clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Previous experience in professional services, consultancy, or agency environments
- Nice to have:
- Arabic-language AI or multilingual NLP experience
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks
