Role overview

Software and AI development

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications and software platforms.
• Develop backend systems, APIs, databases, and responsive frontend interfaces.
• Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, generative AI, and automation technologies; integrate models including OpenAI, ChatGPT API, Claude, and Gemini.
• Develop AI agents, chatbots, intelligent document processing, and automated data extraction solutions.
• Implement RAG architecture, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.

Integration and delivery

• Develop applications using Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI; build frontend applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, or equivalent.
• Manage database development and integration using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar systems.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, and other business applications.
• Manage deployment, hosting, maintenance, security, and performance optimization.
• Develop internal tools, automate business processes, and work with management to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, AI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant software development or full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong, demonstrable Python proficiency and experience in backend development, frontend development, and API integration.
• Practical experience developing AI-powered applications and integrating LLM APIs.
• Knowledge of databases, system architecture, and software security; experience with Git/GitHub and software deployment.
• Ability to independently develop applications from concept through implementation; strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

Additional advantageous technologies

• Additional programming languages include JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, PHP, C#, C++, Go, and SQL.
• Frontend options include React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS; backend options include Django, FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, Express.js, and Laravel.
• AI and machine-learning tools include OpenAI API, Claude API, Gemini API, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Additional AI skills include RAG, AI agents, and workflow automation; databases and infrastructure include PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Firebase, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Linux, and Git/GitHub.
• Experience with other languages, AI technologies, frameworks, and emerging development tools is also advantageous.
