Founding engineer opportunity on an AI team delivering Generative AI solutions to enterprise customers across the Middle East.
Work directly with major global organizations and C-level stakeholders on business-focused AI solutions.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.
- Scope projects during pre-sales and work directly with strategic enterprise customers.
- Build AI applications, LLM workflows, and Agentic AI systems.
- Prototype solutions from concept through production.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and AI specialists on high-impact engagements.
- Help shape enterprise AI adoption.
What we're looking for
- Must come from a consulting environment and have customer-facing consulting experience.
- At least 3 years scoping projects during pre-sales.
- Background in software engineering and applied AI development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to translate business challenges into technical AI solutions.
Technical background
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production.
- Python or JavaScript development.
- Generative AI, LLMs, GPT, Agentic AI, or AI applications.
- Cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
Compensation and benefits
- Advertised salary is AED 40,000–50,000 per month, tax free.
- The posting also states AED 50,000 per month, tax free.
- A £10,000 relocation package is offered to candidates relocating from outside the UAE.
