AI Engineer responsibilities

• Design and develop generative AI solutions, intelligent assistants, and RAG systems.
• Build APIs and services that integrate AI models into enterprise applications.
• Deploy and manage containerized AI workloads on Azure using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Use Databricks for data processing, experimentation, and machine learning workflows.
• Improve solution quality, reliability, response times, and deployment processes through evaluation, monitoring, and automation.

Data Scientist responsibilities

• Explore and analyze data to identify patterns, generate insights, and address business needs.
• Develop, validate, and refine predictive models using machine learning and statistical methods.
• Use Databricks for data preparation, feature engineering, experimentation, and model development.
• Define evaluation metrics and communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models and monitor production performance.

Required skills and experience

• Practical experience with Azure cloud services for AI, machine learning, and data workloads.
• Hands-on Databricks experience with data processing and machine learning workflows, including Spark or PySpark.
• Experience with containerized applications or machine learning workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong programming and data manipulation skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with relevant machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Understanding of model evaluation, data quality, version control, and reproducible development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, data, and business teams.

Additional advantages

• Experience with MLflow, MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt evaluation, vector databases, and RAG.
