Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models.
- 1+ year of experience developing products or functional prototypes using LLMs and RAG technologies.
- Expertise in generative AI frameworks such as GAN, GPT, and LangChain.
- Advanced knowledge of prompt engineering techniques for generative models.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create design documents, technical reports, and presentations for varied audiences.
- Preferred Experience:
- MS or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related discipline.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML workloads.
- Familiarity with tools and practices for data engineering and data management.
- Experience in short-release cycles and the full software lifecycle.
- Experience with Agile development methodology (Scrum).
- Hybrid in the DMV
