Responsibilities

  • Leading AI engineering initiatives that design, build, and test software solutions for client-facing use cases
  • Guiding architecture decisions for applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based platforms
  • Developing machine learning and generative AI capabilities into software products and digital workflows
  • Driving code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting across Python, Java, JavaScript, or other programming environments
  • Managing application lifecycle planning, continuous integration and delivery, and release coordination
  • Translating business requirements into technical designs, functional specifications, and implementation plans
  • Validating solution performance, model behavior, and application reliability through structured testing and analysis
  • Coaching diverse teams through complex delivery efforts while resolving issues that affect progress and team effectiveness
  • Advising clients on AI strategy, technical feasibility, and operating model implications for software delivery
  • Applying systems thinking to identify process improvements, reduce delivery risk, and advance scalable engineering approaches
  • What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 12 + years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
  • Applying AI engineering experience across client-facing solutions and technical delivery
  • Demonstrating systems thinking when identifying opportunities and solving complex problems
  • Crafting clear messages that connect technical details to business outcomes
  • Validating outcomes with clients and adapting based on feedback
  • Leading diverse teams through ambiguity with sound judgment
  • Deepening knowledge of software engineering, AI fluency, and modern development methods
