Full-time, on-site AI Engineer role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Design, build, and optimize AI agents and digital human avatars integrated into enterprise workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine-learning models, including neural networks and NLP systems, for real-time interactions and task execution.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to turn business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Implement APIs and integrations and ensure robust production performance.
- Analyze data and patterns, train and evaluate models, develop and test software, and improve agent behavior and contextual intelligence.
- Document technical approaches, contribute to architecture decisions, and support enterprise customers during implementation and optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong computer science and software development foundation, including algorithms, data structures, and modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Hands-on neural-network and pattern-recognition experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep-learning libraries.
- Practical NLP expertise, including building, fine-tuning, and deploying language models for real-time conversational agents.
- Production AI solution experience, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, model evaluation, and monitoring, with emphasis on reliability, scalability, and low-latency inference.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, AI, machine learning, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
