Role Description
As an AI Engineer at CVFine, you will design, build, and improve AI models that power our candidate readiness scoring, interview simulation, and role-matching features.
In this part-time, remote role, you will work on implementing and optimizing algorithms for pattern recognition, natural language processing, and recommendation systems using real user data.
You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate platform requirements into scalable AI services and integrate them into production systems.
Your responsibilities will also include evaluating model performance, conducting experiments, tuning hyperparameters, and documenting your approaches for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
You may contribute to internal tools that support the Instrovate AI Fellowship and other upskilling initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, version control, and writing clean, testable code.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including designing, training, and evaluating deep learning models.
- Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, embeddings, and working with large language models.
- Proficiency with Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and experience deploying models into production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices (e.g., CI/CD for ML, experiment tracking, monitoring) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
- Experience with recommendation systems, interview or assessment platforms, or EdTech/HRTech products is a plus.**
