About This Role
Overview
- BNESIM, a global leader in travel telecommunications and eSIM innovation, is seeking an AI-Empowered Product Owner to join our Dubai headquarters.
- We operate across 200+ countries, connecting travelers, digital nomads, and businesses with seamless international connectivity—and this role directly shapes that mission.
- You will own product outcomes by designing and deploying AI agents that accelerate discovery and delivery cycles.
- Rather than relying on traditional documentation, you'll create functional prototypes that demonstrate concepts directly to engineering teams, enabling faster iteration and clearer communication.
- Your responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional initiatives, prioritizing opportunities based on measurable user and business impact, and championing an AI-first product approach that replaces legacy workflows with streamlined, data-driven processes.
- This position requires someone comfortable navigating ambiguity and energized by the convergence of artificial intelligence and mobile connectivity.
- You'll bring entrepreneurial thinking to product strategy, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and methodologies to reimagine how we serve global connectivity needs.
- What we're looking for:
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product strategies
- Experience designing or working with AI agents and automation tools

Experience
with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
Familiarity with no-code/low-code AI agent platforms (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, n8n)
Background in telecommunications, SaaS, or marketplace products
Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools for measuring AI agent performance
Experience
running design sprints or rapid prototyping methodologies

- Experience in telecom, eSIM, or connectivity products

- Experience building or managing AI workflows using tools like LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar
