This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI development, automation, business analysis, process improvement and change management while working on real projects that deliver meaningful business impact.
You'll work alongside experienced developers, technical specialists and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve the way we work. Testing AI solutions to ensure they are accurate, reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
Supporting the deployment, documentation and rollout of new AI-powered solutions.
Creating user guides and training materials and supporting colleagues with the adoption of new technology.
Gathering user feedback and helping identify opportunities for improvement.
What we’re looking for

Enjoy analysing problems and finding ways to improve processes.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Can work confidently with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Are organised, reliable and detail-oriented.
Are eager to learn and develop new technical skills.
Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience with AI tools, coding assistants, workflow automation, APIs, Agile, Jira or the Microsoft technology stack would be beneficial, but is not essential .
