The role focuses on managing client relationships, growing organic presence, running content work, and connecting channels to measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding, weekly check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and ongoing client relationships as the primary contact.
- Drive organic growth through SEO and AEO, including keyword research, content gap analysis, on-page recommendations, and visibility across AI search surfaces.
- Build AI workflows for content briefs, content repurposing, and ranking opportunity discovery.
- Report on organic traffic, rankings, content performance, and campaign ROI through client-facing dashboards.
- Identify account growth and expansion opportunities based on client goals and AI Studio capabilities.
Required skills and experience
- At least 3 years in a client-facing growth, SEO, or content role; agency experience is a strong plus.
- Deep SEO knowledge covering on-page SEO, technical basics, content strategy, and ranking factors.
- Understand AEO, LLM content discovery, Google AI Overviews, and writing for humans and machines.
- Have used AI tools to build and deploy workflows, not only experimented with them.
- Be comfortable with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent analytics tools.
- Manage multiple accounts proactively and communicate clearly, including explaining data to clients without jargon.
Preferred skills
- Experience managing paid search or social campaigns, including Google Ads or Meta.
- Familiarity with AI image and video tools such as Midjourney, HeyGen, or Higgsfield and their use in brand content.
- Retail, fashion, or e-commerce experience.
