Role overview

Customer transformation and delivery

• Translate customer challenges into prioritized Copilot and agent scenarios aligned with business outcomes and return on investment.
• Lead architecture, readiness workshops, proofs of concept, prototypes, training, technical validation, deployment, adoption, and sustained usage.
• Guide customers toward secure, compliant, responsibly governed Copilot estates with scalable data and identity foundations.
• Support adoption through centers of excellence, champion programs, communications plans, and change management.
• Build customer relationships from technical decision makers through C-suite stakeholders and address trust, security, compliance, and operational concerns.

Growth, leadership, and collaboration

• Identify customer and partner opportunities that expand Copilot seats, agent adoption, usage, and business value.
• Coordinate Microsoft, partner, sales, engineering, and customer teams; manage delivery risks, operational processes, and customer satisfaction.
• Share customer feedback and insights with product teams and advocate for product roadmap and quality improvements.
• Mentor colleagues, lead technical readiness activities, contribute reusable intellectual property, and participate in technical communities.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, plus 4+ years of relevant experience; equivalent experience is accepted.
• Relevant experience includes cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.

Preferred qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in cloud, Microsoft 365, AI, consulting, architecture, software, or related technology fields.
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience and 4+ years leading technical projects.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork, Work IQ, Copilot Studio, agents, adoption and change management, and data security and compliance readiness.
• Azure, AI Foundry, Microsoft Purview, SharePoint, and data hygiene knowledge are relevant supporting expertise.
• Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI, cloud, or security certifications are preferred; examples include MS-102 and Copilot Studio certifications.

Compensation

• Typical base pay range across Canada is CAD $96,000–$177,600 per year.
