Role overview

Customer and business impact

• Translate customer challenges into prioritized Copilot and agent scenarios aligned to business outcomes and return on investment.
• Lead architectural design and customer engagements that enable sustained Copilot and agent deployment, active use, adoption, and renewal.
• Identify seat expansion and other growth opportunities with sales, technical, and partner teams.
• Manage engagement risks and delivery practices, and comply with applicable industry and Microsoft procedures.
• Deliver readiness and scenario-discovery workshops, technical validation, training, and other customer solutions.
• Support customer adoption programs, including Centers of Excellence, champions, and communications plans.
• Engage customer executives and technical decision makers to build trust in AI, security, compliance, governance, and operational readiness.

Technical leadership and partnerships

• Provide technical presales and opportunity support, and help partners develop scalable Copilot offerings and adoption practices.
• Share customer and market feedback with product and engineering teams to inform product roadmaps and improvements.
• Mentor colleagues, lead readiness activities, and contribute reusable intellectual property, architectures, and adoption playbooks.
• Participate in technical communities and events and share expertise and proven practices.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, and 4+ years of relevant experience; equivalent experience is accepted.
• Relevant experience includes cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.

Preferred qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in cloud, Microsoft 365, AI, collaboration and productivity platforms, or related technology and consulting fields.
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience and 4+ years leading technical projects.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork, Work IQ, Copilot Studio and agents, Modern Work, adoption and change management, and data security and compliance readiness is preferred.
• Azure and AI Foundry are supporting expertise; Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI, cloud, and security certifications are preferred.

Compensation

• Typical base pay range across Canada is CAD 96,000 to CAD 177,600 per year.
