Required Qualifications

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • · 4+ years in business analysis, IT business partnering, product or solution delivery, or service management.
  • · Experience supporting technology solutions from discovery through launch and post-launch improvement.
  • · Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or similar AI platforms in a business or delivery environment.
  • · Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.
  • · Proven business analysis, process-mapping, and requirements-development skills.
  • · Ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
  • · Working knowledge of AI-enabled solutions, responsible use, adoption, and value measurement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • · Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
  • · Experience coordinating technical solutions through delivery, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
  • · Experience supporting measurement of the value and cost of technology investments.
  • · CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, agile, business analysis, or service management certification.

  • Compensation: Anticipated annual base salary range: $70,000-$110,000 Actual starting pay will be based on work location, qualifications, and experience.

  • Physical and Travel Requirements: Work is performed primarily in an office setting and includes prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. The role may involve exposure to hazardous materials or varying weather conditions.
