Aviso and Control Desk programs
- Own Aviso configuration, use-case backlog, and release plan from pilot through Sales Kickoff launch and subsequent phases.
- Lead the Control Desk program as business owner: conduct discovery, map workflows and exceptions, set pilot boundaries and decision gates, and accept delivered software against criteria.
- Document current-state processes using interviews, shadowing, and screen recordings; design future-state workflows across Aviso, Control Desk, and internal AI services.
- Write requirements, user stories, data mappings, and acceptance criteria for developers, Information Systems, Aviso, and Zaigo.
- Coordinate scope, timelines, testing, and handoff with vendor delivery teams.
Data, testing, and enablement
- Map NetSuite opportunities, quotes, activities, accounts, and sales orders to platform configurations and integration designs; validate data flows with Information Systems.
- Plan and run user acceptance testing with sellers, sales directors, revenue operations, order desk, and engineering; track defects to resolution.
- Build training materials, run enablement with the Sales Coach, and support onboarding of sellers and order desk staff.
- Define and report adoption and outcome measures, including monthly scorecards to the Senior Leadership Team and quarterly board reporting.
AI workflow and infrastructure
- Prioritize AI and automation requests across departments by value, effort, and risk and route them to buy, build, or configure.
- Facilitate the Claude User Group, maintain shared prompt and skill libraries, and route process improvements to appropriate systems and workflows.
- Guide shared project context, a prompt library on a Bluum MCP server, and governed connectors to business data with Information Systems.
- Identify and scope additional use cases, including engineering handoffs, RFP intake and scoring, AV opportunity prioritization, and account planning signals.
- Maintain process and configuration documentation, follow change control, and perform related analysis and project work.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Three or more years as a business analyst, sales operations analyst, revenue operations analyst, or implementation consultant.
- Hands-on Aviso administration or implementation and a record of transforming processes using Aviso or a comparable revenue platform.
- Experience managing an outside development partner or systems integrator through discovery, build, testing, and handoff.
- Experience with a CRM or ERP system of record; Oracle NetSuite experience is a strong plus.
Technical and professional qualifications
- Write developer-ready requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and read data mappings and API documentation.
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools, LLM assistants, agents, prompt design, and their practical limits in business workflows.
- Daily hands-on Claude or comparable AI assistant use, including reusable prompts, skills, or connectors, and coaching others.
- Experience running user acceptance testing, training, and change management with field sales and operations teams.
- Strong facilitation and communication across business and technical audiences; comfort with spreadsheets, basic SQL or reporting tools, and defining metrics.
- K–12 education, public-sector sales, or technology reseller experience is a plus.
Core values
Bluum emphasizes empathy, shared accountability, integrity, continuous learning, and teamwork.
Training
- Participation in upgrading courses may be necessary to keep current with changing policy, technology, and growth.
