Hands-on AI Customer Automation Specialist role in healthcare and medical/aesthetic clinics.
Full-time position focused on implementing AI solutions for customer experience, lead management, appointment booking, and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered customer service and communication systems across WhatsApp, websites, email, forms, and social media.
- Automate enquiries, lead qualification, follow-ups, reminders, and re-engagement.
- Develop AI for appointment booking and rescheduling, feedback, and complaint handling.
- Integrate AI with CRM, appointment systems, WhatsApp Business/API, and other platforms.
- Build workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms; work with APIs, webhooks, AI tools, and integrations.
- Monitor customer interactions, improve customer journeys and lead conversion, and identify repetitive processes for automation.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI automation, customer automation, CRM automation, or related technology.
- Practical experience with AI tools and automation platforms, WhatsApp Business/API, and AI-powered customer service.
- Knowledge of n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
- Experience with CRM, lead management, or appointment booking systems.
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- Healthcare, medical, aesthetic, dermatology, or dental experience is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 10,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
