We are seeking an innovative and hands-on AI Engineer to lead the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and business automation initiatives across our fashion company.
This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities, designing AI-driven workflows, implementing automation solutions, integrating systems, and driving digital transformation across all departments.
The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and department heads to automate repetitive tasks, improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, optimize decision-making, and create scalable AI-powered solutions that support business growth.

AI Strategy & Implementation
- Assess existing business processes and identify automation opportunities across all departments.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
- Develop and execute a company-wide AI transformation roadmap.
- Recommend and deploy suitable AI tools, platforms, and technologies aligned with business objectives.
Business Process Automation
- Automate workflows across key departments, including:
• Marketing & Social Media
- Customer Service
• Logistics & Supply Chain
- Human Resources
• Reporting & Business Analytics
- Reduce manual processes through AI and workflow automation solutions.
- Implement intelligent document processing, reporting automation, and task automation systems.
AI Integration & Development
- Integrate AI solutions with ERP, CRM, Shopify, inventory systems, and other business platforms.
- Develop AI-powered assistants, chatbots, and internal productivity tools.
- Build automated dashboards and business intelligence reporting solutions.
- Implement API integrations between business systems and AI platforms.
Data & Analytics
- Design data workflows that support AI applications and business intelligence.
- Develop predictive models for sales forecasting, inventory planning, customer behavior, and demand forecasting.
- Create reporting systems that provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance standards are maintained.
Process Optimization & Innovation
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements.
- Measure and report the business impact of AI initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency through automation.
- Lead pilot projects and scale successful AI solutions across the organization.
Training & Change Management
- Train teams on AI tools and automated workflows.
- Develop SOPs and documentation for implemented solutions.
- Support employees during the adoption of new technologies.
- Promote an AI-driven culture across the company.
Project Management
- Manage AI implementation projects from planning through deployment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Maintain clear communication with management regarding project progress and results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AI, automation, software development, systems integration, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience implementing AI solutions within business environments.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation platforms and AI technologies.
- Experience integrating APIs and cloud-based applications.
- Knowledge of machine learning, large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and business process automation.
Preferred Technical Skills
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, or similar AI platforms
- Workflow automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, Power Automate)
