Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build beautiful, intuitive, and highly responsive user interfaces using the latest front-end technologies and frameworks (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, etc.).
• Expertly use AI-powered tools (Grok, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, v0, etc.) to accelerate UI development, component generation, code optimization, and rapid iteration.
• Translate design systems, Figma prototypes, and product requirements into clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Develop and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems that prioritize performance and visual excellence.
• Ensure exceptional user experiences through strong design sensibility, smooth animations, micro-interactions, and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Prioritize page speed and responsiveness optimize for Core Web Vitals, fast load times, and flawless performance across all devices.
• Collaborate closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality features quickly.
• Stay current with the latest front-end trends, tools, and AI advancements to continuously improve development velocity and output quality.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor others on AI-assisted workflows, and uphold high engineering standards.
• Debug complex UI issues and implement effective testing strategies (unit, integration, visual regression).

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
• Strong expertise in React / Next.js, TypeScript, and modern component architectures.
• Deep proficiency with Tailwind CSS, Shadcn/ui, or equivalent modern styling solutions.
• Proven ability to create visually stunning and highly polished user interfaces.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI coding and design tools to build beautiful UIs faster.
• Solid understanding of state management (Zustand, Jotai, Redux), server components, and modern tooling (Vite, Turbopack, etc.).
• Strong focus on performance optimization and responsive design best practices.
• Experience with component-driven development (Storybook) and design systems.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and agile development processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for adopting new technologies quickly.

Nice-To-Haves

• Experience with advanced animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP) and AI-enhanced creative workflows.
• Background or strong interest in UI/UX and visual design.
• Familiarity with full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript environments or AI API integrations.
• Portfolio demonstrating beautiful, high-performance interfaces built with modern tech and AI assistance.
