AI Agent Mangager and Operator
About This Role
ob Overview: We are seeking an innovative and results-driven AI Agent Operator to lead the integration of advanced artificial intelligence into our daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and managing intelligent agents designed to solve complex business problems and streamline enterprise workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy custom AI Agents tailored to company objectives and operational needs.
- Integrate Agent-driven workflows into existing business processes to drive automation, scale efficiency, and optimize overall performance.
- Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and refine deployed Agents to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify bottlenecks and design AI-powered solutions to address them.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Deep passion for Artificial Intelligence with a strong understanding of the latest industry standards, architectures, and strategies for utilizing AI Agents.
- Extensive, hands-on familiarity with leading AI models, tools, and frameworks, specifically including OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, Mercury, Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini.
- Demonstrated experience building end-to-end workflows with AI Agents to successfully solve real-world business challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical AI workflows.
Compensation:

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
