We are hiring an "AI Adoption Specialist" to support enterprise AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across leading organizations in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver executive and user workshops in Arabic
- Support Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across business functions
- Support onboarding, training, and change management initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Bahraini National.
- Strong Arabic & English communication skills.
- 3–6 years of experience in consulting, training, technology adoption, or change management.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Gemini.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in government, banking, or semi-government sectors is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Management, Communications, or related field.
Pay: From ﷼7,000.00 per month
