Role overview

AI adoption and change management

• Develop Copilot and AI adoption strategies, practical business scenarios, use cases, and phased rollout roadmaps.
• Conduct user discovery and assessments covering stakeholders, impacts, readiness, training needs, risks, and adoption barriers.
• Develop change plans spanning leadership, engagement, communications, learning, resistance management, reinforcement, and measurement.
• Build champion networks and peer-learning communities; plan awareness sessions, campaigns, demonstrations, and engagement activities.
• Coach sponsors and managers, track change risks and concerns, and incorporate user feedback into program phases.

Learning, engagement and measurement

• Design role-based learning journeys and create presentations, guides, FAQs, prompt libraries, e-learning, and manager and champion toolkits.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training, workshops, briefings, and train-the-trainer programs in Arabic and English.
• Engage executives, business and technology teams, HR, communications, learning teams, and end users; explain technical concepts in business language.
• Define adoption objectives, KPIs, baselines, dashboards, surveys, and scorecards; analyze feedback and recommend targeted interventions.
• Prepare client-facing strategies, proposals, statements of work, updates, reports, recommendations, and reusable engagement assets.

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in a listed related discipline, including business, organizational psychology, HR, communications, education, information systems, or technology management.
• Approximately four to six years in change management, technology adoption, digital transformation, learning and development, consulting, or digital workplace programs.
• Mandatory Prosci Change Management certification and practical application of Prosci and ADKAR.
• Experience delivering technology-transformation programs, facilitating workshops and presentations, and producing plans, communications, learning content, and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders in a consulting or project environment.
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English; must be UAE-based or eligible and available to work in the UAE.
• Regular work at client sites across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other UAE locations is required.

Preferred experience

• Experience with consulting, systems integration, technology providers, or UAE government and public-sector clients is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Viva, Copilot Studio, AI agents, generative AI, prompt engineering, automation, low-code, or pro-code is preferred.
• Additional Microsoft, Agile change, project management, learning and development, instructional design, or design thinking certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE public-sector culture and stakeholder structures is preferred.
