The Role
You will own two critical pillars: securing complex new product registrations across the GCC and managing our import clearing.
While we utilize an external logistics partner to handle customs filings, your job is to drive them—ensuring they have the right documents ahead of time so shipments never face delays.
What You'Ll Own
- **Product Registration:**
- Take the lead on
- complex, challenging new product registrations
- with UAE MOCCAE & EDE, Saudi SFDA, and regional ministries.
- Manage the full license lifecycle, coordinate technical data with international suppliers, and successfully navigate regulatory hurdles.
- **Import Coordination:**
- Act as the
- proactive driving force
- behind our logistics partner.
- Compile and hand over critical shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, CoO, permits)
- ahead of schedule
- to ensure zero bottlenecks.
What You Bring
- **Experience:**
- 4–8 years in the GCC agrochemical/agricultural sector, with a
- proven track record of handling difficult registration processes

- **Logistics Oversight:**
- Deep familiarity with GCC import documentation to
- effectively manage, audit, and push
- our external logistics partner.
- **Mindset:**
- Exceptionally organized, intensely proactive
- , and a decisive communicator who takes pride in flawless execution.
- **Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
